Silicon Valley Attorney (7 years experience)
We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our Silicon Valley team. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of seven years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: corporate and securities, technology transactions, intellectual property counseling, labor and employment law, litigation, real estate and environmental matters, and tax. Most importantly, candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to a Silicon Valley-oriented practice, as ideally evidenced by a significant portable Valley clientele.
Construction Litigation Associate (2-3 years experience)
We have an immediate opening in San Francisco for our Real Estate Section. Hanson Bridgett has a national level real estate construction litigation practice focusing on complex, commercial real estate and construction related disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience focused on real estate and/or construction litigation. Candidates will have a distinguished academic background, and impeccable references. Candidates must have strong research and writing skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills.
Labor & Employment Associate (4-6 years experience)
We have immediate openings in San Francisco for mid-level associates (4-6 years experience) in our labor and employment group with strong academic credentials, high level analytical skills, and traditional labor law and employment litigation experience.
Litigation Associate (1-3 years experience)
We have an immediate opening in San Francisco for our litigation section working with a variety of different practice groups within litigation such as commercial, health, government, real estate/construction, and insurance.

Product Liability Associate (1-3 years experience)
Entry level attorney for a small, but busy products liability practice group at a midsize San Francisco law firm. We represent manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and contractors, in a variety of product and toxic related claims, Proposition 65 and environmental suits, and other personal injury cases. We also provide counseling in advance of such litigation.
This is a litigation position, and requires the applicant to actively engage in all phases of litigation, including factual investigation and initial case assessment, discovery and client information management, motion practice, fact and expert witness depositions, alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations, and when appropriate, trial preparation and trial.
The ideal candidate will work well with a paperless, highly structured case management system, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, anticipate team needs and take initiative, and show a concern for time and resource management and a desire to innovate and publish in the field.
