Adam’s focus covers general corporate and securities law. He represents public, private and emerging companies in a broad range of general business and finance matters. Adam counsels clients on commercial transactions, entity formation processes, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, asset and stock purchases, and federal and state securities law compliance.

Adam also advises tax-exempt charitable organizations on federal and state income tax exemptions and welfare (property tax) exemptions, as well as operational and governance issues, including entity formation, mergers and dissolutions.
