Anne advises private and public employers on a full-range of benefits matters. She counsels both large and small entities regarding on-going administration and compliance issues related to ERISA, tax compliance, compensation and withholding issues, plan amendments, internal procedures, qualification of domestic relations orders and determination letter applications. Her experience involves working with both defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, including plans under 401(k) and 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Anne's health and welfare work includes extensive advice on various health plan issues, the design and operation of cafeteria plans and health care reimbursement arrangements, health care reform compliance, and COBRA.
Before joining the firm, Anne was the director of human resources for a private corporation. During her tenure there, she gained extensive experience with retirement plans, welfare benefits, labor relations and payroll.
