Anne advises public and private employers on a full-range of benefits matters. She counsels large public retirement systems regarding on-going administration and compliance issues related to tax issues, plan amendments, internal procedures, qualification of domestic relations orders and determination letter applications. Anne's health and welfare work includes extensive advice on the design and operation of cafeteria plans and health care reimbursement arrangements.
Before joining the firm, Anne was the director of human resources for a private corporation. During her tenure there, she gained extensive experience with retirement plans, welfare benefits, labor relations and payroll.
