Intro

As a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, Anthony focuses on bankruptcy, business reorganizations, workouts, and commercial litigation. His insolvency and bankruptcy practice involves the representation of debtors, creditors—individually and as counsel to the creditors’ committee, and entities seeking to purchase assets from distressed companies. He has defended and prosecuted adversary proceedings, including preference actions. His commercial litigation experience includes the successful trial and arbitration of complex commercial, securities, employment, and intellectual property disputes.
