Counsel

Christina specializes in both litigation and transactional work, with a strong emphasis in the field of transportation and logistics. She has extensive experience representing clients in litigation relating to freight charges, cargo claims and personal injury. Christina is knowledgeable with respect to legal matters relating to all modes of transportation. She also has considerable expertise preparing and negotiating customer and carrier contracts on behalf of transportation brokers and motor carriers, and is knowledgeable in all areas of domestic and international law with respect to the transportation and logistics industry.

Christina frequently counsels transportation clients on matters of regulatory compliance, and has represented clients before the FMCSA, DMV, CHP and NHP. Her clients include nationally known brokers of transportation and logistics services and numerous motor carriers, large and small.

In addition, Christina has wide-ranging experience representing clients in commercial litigation matters, including disputes relating to distribution agreements, asset purchase agreements, commercial leases and partnership agreements. She frequently counsels clients regarding contract terminations and dispute resolution strategies.
