Jenica represents public, private, and nonprofit employers in labor and employment matters through all phases of litigation. She defends employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, labor relations violations and wage-and-hour noncompliance. She also defends employers at the appellate level.

Jenica's experience ranges from representing clients in class-action matters to single plaintiff actions. She also provides preventative advice to employers in all areas of state and federal employment law concerning personnel policies and procedures, compliance with wage-and-hour and other labor laws, and in managing employment-related disputes.
