Jerry represents private and public institutions in virtually all phases of labor and employment law. He handles employment discrimination litigation, injunction proceedings, administrative hearings, arbitration, collective bargaining negotiations and dispute resolution. He has substantial experience in the transportation, public transit, forest products, paper, construction, agriculture, health and service industries.

Before joining the firm, Jerry worked at the National Labor Relations Board for nine years as a field attorney and supervisory attorney. He taught labor law practice seminars and clinics at UC Hastings College of the Law and served as Deputy General Counsel for the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board.
