Josh focuses on representing product manufacturers and suppliers as well as public entities in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury litigation, government tort liability and defense in Toxic Tort claims. In addition, he has been integrally involved with litigating and arbitrating matters concerning breach of contract claims and labor disputes. Josh also advises clients on document retention policy considerations and electronic discovery concerns.

While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Josh competed on the UC Hastings Trial Team, volunteered at the General Assistance Advocacy Project and worked at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office and in the Office of General Counsel at THX Ltd. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Josh was an associate at Campagnoli, Abelson & Campagnoli, where he specialized in tort litigation.
