Laila represents businesses, private individuals and public agencies in a variety of construction transaction, construction litigation, insurance, and commercial litigation matters. These include disputes concerning breach of contract, design and construction deficiencies, insurance coverage and real estate transactions. Laila is building her practice in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
