Marcus' practice concentrates on representation of public and private employers with respect to compensation and benefits matters.

Marcus has extensive experience in the design and implementation of all types of retirement and deferred compensation plans. He is well versed in 401(k) plans and ESOPs. Marcus also has assisted employers in the design and implementation of a wide variety of equity compensation programs. In the area of medical and other welfare benefit plans, he has assisted employers with the establishment and administration of health plans, flexible benefit plans, dependent care plans and a wide range of severance benefit plans.
