Megan Oliver Thompson

Megan represents public agencies, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of civil matters in state and federal court. For her government clients, Megan litigates in a variety of areas, including civil rights defense and tort defense cases such as dangerous condition of public property/design immunity and other personal injury matters. Her diverse practice also covers a full range of business-related litigation involving contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices, professional malpractice, UCC issues, employment matters, franchise issues, construction and mechanic's lien law, real estate issues, unlawful detainer actions, bankruptcy matters, and restrictive covenants. Megan's litigation experience also includes both state and federal appellate work.
