Mike represents private and public technology companies at all stages of growth, in addition to the venture capital and angel investors that invest in technology companies. His practice encompasses corporate formation, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, employment and labor counseling, public securities offerings, SEC reporting and corporate governance.  Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Mike practiced in both the transactional and securities litigation practices at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.
