Senior Counsel

Mohammad practices commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and probate matters. He litigates a variety of disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He handles a diverse range of litigation that includes lease and contract actions, probate and trust cases, complex antitrust matters and health care litigation.

Mohammad specializes in real estate and commercial litigation, representing shopping centers, real estate owners, managers and developers. He has handled litigation to enforce business agreements and leases and to recover money or regain possession of property. He has worked on numerous eviction cases for both commercial and residential premises, as well as evictions at skilled nursing and residential care facilities. Mohammad's probate litigation practice involves several will and trust contests, actions against trustees, contested conservatorship proceedings and financial elder abuse claims.

Mohammad also lends time each year to various pro bono matters. He is active in the Bar Association of San Francisco's Courthouse Landlord/Tenant Project. He has conducted multiple settlement negotiations on behalf of low income tenants defending against evictions.
