Nancy advises employers on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation. Her clients include private and public companies, tax-exempt organizations and governmental entities.

Nancy advises clients on the establishment, administration and continued legal compliance of qualified retirement plans. Her work encompasses defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans and 401(k) plans. In addition, Nancy has extensive experience assisting governmental entities and tax-exempt organizations with their employee benefit and deferred compensation plans. She is experienced with public retirement systems, 403(b) plans and 457 plans. She also has prepared submissions under the IRS and DOL correction programs.

In the executive compensation arena, Nancy has counseled clients with regard to designing and drafting equity incentive plans. She has also provided guidance on matters concerning employment and severance agreements. She has experience with compliance issues under Section 409A.

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was an associate for a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.
