Ron has experience in a wide variety of business and commercial transactions. His areas of expertise include, among others, foreign and domestic product distribution and sales agreements and trademark licensing agreements. He also has experience in the formation and operation of export trading companies.

Ron is well versed in issues related to sales and other transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code, including the perfection and enforcement of security interests.

Ron also specializes in legal and tax issues peculiar to agricultural cooperatives, including formation, membership, governance, antitrust, tax and securities issues. His experience has been with many processing/marketing, supply/services and bargaining cooperatives. He has served as an expert witness in agricultural cooperative litigation and has been a speaker and contributor to publications on agricultural cooperatives and other agribusiness issues.
