Stephen represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes. His practice includes litigating agricultural, real property, public agency, probate and trust, and business matters. Stephen has tried cases in the state courts, before the American Arbitration Association, and regulatory and mediation forums. He has handled appeals to federal and state appellate courts.

Stephen also has experience as counsel to agricultural bargaining cooperatives. He offers business advice on the legal issues affecting such organizations and litigates related disputes when necessary.
