Ted specializes in all phases of probate law—trust administration, estate planning and wills. He has substantial experience in civil litigation, corporate acquisitions and mergers.

Ted is particularly well versed in the wine, lumber and construction industries. His clients have included Beaulieu Vineyard, Grgich Hills, Heublein and Petri Wines. He has represented Crofoot Lumber Co., Geotek, Haas & Haynie, Pemco, Farrow Electric, Occidental Life Insurance, Harrah Industries, Stanray, IC Industries, Abex Brakeline and Islands, Inc.

Ted defended the Hawaiian Corporation and GAP class actions, as well as the theater anti-trust and the raisin anti-trust cases.
