Kurt's advice, trial and appellate practice covers complex litigation strategy, wage and hour law, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, traditional labor law (HEERA, EERA, MMBA, NLRA and RLA), arbitrations (collective bargaining agreements and 13(c) of the Federal Transit Act), due process, the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act, and government ethics.
