Renju P. Jacob specializes in labor and employment law. Renju defends employers in all aspects of employment matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour compliance and employment-related torts. He has gained litigation experience in federal and state courts as well as in the arbitration setting.
Renju also advises and counsels employers on both employment and wage and hour issues. He prepares employment, severance and independent contractor agreements for employers. Renju also has experience assisting clients in securing workplace violence restraining orders against those who make threats or commit acts of violence.
Renju has gained experience defending class actions. Specifically, Renju represents public sector clients in class actions related to the delivery of health care to persons incarcerated in state run correctional facilities.
