Theodore A. Hellman has specialized in estate planning for over 30 years and is the head of the firm's Estate Planning & Administration Section. His practice includes estate planning, trust and probate administration, and planned charitable giving, with a particular focus on planning and drafting to achieve clients' personal estate planning and tax-savings objectives. For many clients, their only or initial contact with an attorney is for estate planning; as a result, in addition to estate planning and post-death administration, Ted and the others in the Estate Planning & Administration Section assist clients with the full range of issues that they encounter in their daily and business lives, including real and personal property, contract and business issues.

Ted frequently gives talks on estate planning and planned charitable giving techniques.
