W. Daniel Clinton has practiced labor and employment law in the Bay Area since 1972. Dan has a wealth of experience in the arbitration of disputes under collective bargaining agreements and has represented public and private employers in literally hundreds of arbitration cases involving a panoply of discipline and contract issues. Dan also has represented employers in arbitrations under the American Arbitration Association's rules governing executive employment contracts. He has spoken to client and attorney groups on the subject of labor arbitrations on numerous occasions. Dan also has extensive experience in the litigation of wrongful discharge and employment discrimination cases. He has trial experience in both the state and federal courts and has successfully defended such cases in numerous trials.
