Emily M. Charley is a litigator representing a range of clients including private parties, businesses, and public agencies. Emily has litigated a variety of disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice includes a variety of litigation areas such as real estate transactions, products liability, UCC issues, contracts, public agency, labor and employment, and health care. She has handled litigation to enforce business agreements and leases and to recover money or regain possession of property.

Emily is committed to giving back to her community. She lends time each year to various pro bono matters, including her work for the Bar Association of San Francisco's Courthouse Landlord/Tenant Project. She has conducted multiple settlement negotiations on behalf of low income tenants defending against evictions.
