Lisa Dal Gallo has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked professionally for one of the largest general contractors in the world. During that eight year period, Lisa held several different field and office positions completing millions of dollars worth of work-in-place for both the interior, and core-and-shell divisions in the following sectors: medical / healthcare facilities, laboratories, retail space, office towers and light industrial.
Lisa's field experience provides her with insight and understanding of the development process from design inception through completion of construction. Her transactional practice focuses on risk management and contract drafting, review and negotiation for owners, architects, construction managers, contractors and subcontractors utilizing various project delivery methods, including integrated project delivery, for both public and private works. Lisa is also familiar with the various contractual arrangements and business structures for public private partnerships. On the claims side, she advises clients regarding a variety of legal issues including contractual disputes, claims analysis, negligence, termination, default, acceleration and delay, mechanic liens and stop notices, surety, and alternative dispute resolution.
