Nancy Hilu represents employers in a wide variety of employee benefit matters. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Nancy was a consultant for a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. She advised clients on compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation, retirement plans, and domestic and international stock option plans. Nancy also prepared submissions under IRS and DOL correction programs.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Nancy was a summer associate at the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company where she researched and drafted opinions on tax issues and provided litigation support. Nancy was also a research associate during law school and gained experience researching federal income tax issues.
