Elan's practice focuses on representing the firm's Litigation clients. As a law student, Elan participated in the Board of Advocates for the National Moot Court Competition and was the articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He was also a board member of the California Asylum Representation Clinic, participated in the Community Legal Outreach Health Law Clinic and was the trial coordinator for the Berkeley High School Student Court.
