David C. Longinotti heads the firm's real estate section. David offers particular expertise in complex real estate secured transactions and related debt and equity financing arrangements. He is a LEED accredited professional who is able to provide specialized green building services to owners and developer in the areas of LEED project certification and related contract documentation, green building law compliance, leasing and financing. David is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate finance and green building topics, he is also developing specific tax, antitrust and related expertise to serve the firm's agribusiness clients.
David is a proven team builder and is adept at complex project team management. He has been involved in associate and partner recruitment for over ten years. In 2002, David was chosen as the firm's first Mentor of the Year for his work in developing its associates.
