S. Anne Johnson litigates a wide range of civil matters. Anne represents private individuals, businesses and public agencies in a variety of trust and estate and real estate and other commercial disputes. She is experienced in all stages of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trial, writ and appeal, in both state and federal court. Her practice spans cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair business practices, professional liability, personal injury, and real estate disputes, including quiet title, mechanics' liens, and commercial unlawful detainer. Regarding trusts and estates, Anne has litigated will and trust contests, resolution of administration problems and conflicting claims resolution. Anne also has extensive experience negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions for both landlords and tenants of office and retail space, and buyers and sellers of real property.
