Jim Holden represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of the real estate area including lenders, developers, title companies, and commercial landlords and tenants. His real estate area expertise includes development, acquisitions, financing (both debt and equity), leasing, entity formation, and negotiation and preparation of contracts in a variety of transactions. He has been the attorney for several of the recent high profile development projects in the Bay Area. Jim regularly represents tenants in significant office lease and ground lease matters.

Jim has also been lead counsel in several large real estate litigation matters for lenders, title companies and other commercial real estate matters. The combination of transactional and litigation experience provides Jim with a useful perspective in both litigation and transactional matters.

Jim is a frequent lecturer on real estate and financial matters, and has served as an expert witness in various real estate matters.

Jim is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
