Senior Collection Coordinator (San Francisco)
Major Responsibilities:
- Determines credit worthiness of potential clients at the time of new matter intake
- Analyzes accounts receivable balances to determine appropriate collection action
- Creates coordinated plan of action to maximize collection efforts with limited resources
- Utilizes our ARCS collection software to keep detailed collection notes on individual accounts
- Calendars all future collection actions
- Routinely measures and reports collection productivity to CFO
Skill Set:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ARCS and ELITE is a plus
- Highly organized
- Better than average math aptitude
- Ability to work well with staff and billing attorneys
Experience:
- A minimum of three to five years experience in collection/credit
- Law firm experience a plus
- Experience with a professional collection firm is a plus
- College degree or accounting experience is a plus.

Docket/Calendar Clerk (San Francisco)
Primary Responsibilities
- Implements and oversees firm-wide calendaring procedures
- Supports both litigation and transaction calendaring, including Intellectual Property
- Works with Senior Calendaring Coordinator and Risk Management in formulating and implementing policies, procedures and practices
- Determines docket/calendar dates from court documents and correspondence and enters data into docket calendar system and then produces printed calendars/docket schedules for all attorneys and appropriate non-attorney staff
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (telephone and written) required
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately, thoroughly and consistently, even when working under pressure
- Strong Knowledge of Compulaw Docketing System or comparable docketing system
- Knowledge of Elite Enterprise helpful
- Knowledge of general calendar rules and procedures
- Great teamwork skills
- Superior organizational skills
