Jonathan Storper Joins Board of BASF Foundation

San Francisco (January 17, 2008) — Hanson Bridgett is pleased to announce that Jonathan Storper has been nominated to the Board of the BASF Foundation. Storper is a Partner and the Chair of the Corporate, Securities & Tax Law and Sustainable Business practice groups at Hanson Bridgett.

"It's an honor to serve in an organization which has such a positive impact on our community," said Storper. "I look forward to contributing to their core mission of providing legal aid, supporting diversity, and increasing educational support to Bay Area youth."

The BASF Foundation is the charitable arm of The Bar Association of San Francisco. The Foundation is the focal point for all of the Bar Association of San Francisco's fundraising activities, funding public service, pro bono and community programs for people in need throughout the Bay Area.

Storper's practice includes counseling corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and nonprofit entities in connection with business and intellectual property transactions, and corporate finance matters. Mr. Storper is actively involved in the community and donates his time to several organizations, including the Board of Advisors of the University of San Francisco's Entrepreneurship Program, Lambda Legal, and Investor's Circle.
