Hanson Bridgett Partner Named to Women Leaders in Law
October 12, 2012 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Hanson Bridgett LLP congratulates Lisa Dal Gallo on her selection as one of 40 champion networkers recognized by The Recorder as this year’s Women Leaders in Law.
In 2011, Lisa launched California Women in Design + Construction with industry-sponsored conferences providing professional development for women in the industry. Since the launch, each program has sold out. At a previous firm, she created Groundbreaking Women in Construction, a conference series eventually sold to McGraw-Hill.
"Lisa's innovative approach to networking has helped her develop strong relationships within the construction industry. She is a talented construction attorney and a vital part of our construction team", said David Longinotti, Hanson Bridgett's Real Estate Section Head.
Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked for several years in project management and engineering for Turner Construction Company holding various field and office positions. During that time, she completed millions of dollars' worth of work-in-place for the core-and-shell and tenant improvement divisions in the following sectors: hospitals and other healthcare facilities, laboratories, retail space, office towers, high-rise residential, and light industrial.
"I am honored to be recognized and to be among such a wonderful group of women," said Lisa Dal Gallo. "I started CWDC to help women in the construction industry connect and share ideas. I am honored by this recognition."
Lisa and the other honorees will be featured in a special section in the Oct. 29 edition of The Recorder and recognized at a Happy Hour reception on Friday, Nov. 2, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco.
