September 5, 2013 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to welcome three associates to the firm’s San Francisco office. The firm has seen continued growth in 2013.

Tomek Koszylko joins the firm as an associate in the Health Section. Tomek focuses his practice on transactional and litigation matters for the firm's health and senior care clients. During law school, Tomek worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Henry H. Kennedy (ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, as an intern for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, and as a law clerk at the University of Michigan Health System Legal Office. Additionally, he has experience with the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and HITECH, the Stark and Anti-Kickback Statutes, and FDA regulations with regard to human subject research and informed consent.

Tomek received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his M.P.H. from the School of Public Health, University of Michigan in 2011. Tomek earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1999.

Jennifer Martinez is an associate in the firm's Labor Section. Jennifer represents employers in federal and state court litigation and before administrative agencies regarding discrimination (including race, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, and disability), harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and numerous other types of employment law matters. Jennifer previously worked at Hanson Bridgett as a summer associate in 2007.

She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2008 and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004.

Hani Ganji is a member of the firm's Litigation Section. He specializes in general litigation in federal and state courts. During law school, Hani externed for the Honorable Justice Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court.

He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2010 and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004.
