Hanson Bridgett Hires E-Discovery Expert
March 25, 2015 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to welcome William "Bil" Kellermann as Electronic Discovery & Information Governance Counsel to its San Francisco office. Bil was formerly the Director of Electronic Discovery at Wilson Sonsini.

A litigation attorney for more than 25 years, Bil helps clients execute sound and defensible identification, preservation, collection, review and production of electronically stored information for use as evidence in litigation and investigations. He is well versed at using software to automate preservation, discovery, case assessment, and trial preparation, and is a frequent speaker on electronic evidence topics. Additionally, he counsels clients on implementing internal litigation readiness, electronic discovery response and information governance initiatives and programs.
He is a member of the California State Bar Law Practice and Technology Section, the International Legal Technology Association and has contributed to TechnoLawyer, the legal technology publication, and BusinessWeek.
Bil received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1990 and his B.S. from California State University, San Francisco in 1986.
