Current Openings:

Litigation Associate (4-5 years of experience)
San Francisco

The Litigation Section is currently seeking a mid-level litigation associate. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial and/or insurance litigation experience (drafting discovery, drafting and opposing motions, case management skills, deposition experience, trial preparation, court appearances). Judicial clerkship is a plus.

Real Estate Litigation Associate (2-3 years of experience)
San Francisco

We have an opening in our Real Estate & Construction Section for a real estate litigation associate (class of 2014 or 2015). We seek candidates with 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in preparing legal motions and arguing in court hearings, with some real estate experience required (either through prior employment, legal case work or participation in related organizations). A successful candidate will be adept at providing concise and persuasive work product under short deadlines for expedited lawsuits, with careful attention to details.

Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.
