Current Openings:

Labor & Employment Associate (3-5 years of experience)
San Francisco

We have an opening in our Labor & Employment Section for a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of employment and traditional labor law experience. Employment litigation and traditional labor law (advice/counsel, litigation, and/or collective bargaining) experience are preferred. CA Bar membership required.

Construction Litigation Associate (4-5 years of experience)
San Francisco, Sacramento or Los Angeles

Our Real Estate and Construction Section has an opening in San Francisco, Sacramento or Los Angeles for an associate with 4-5 years of complex construction litigation experience. Candidates must have general working knowledge of claims regarding design errors and omissions, construction defects, and delay and impact. Prior experience in construction or engineering is a plus, but not required.


Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.
