Ashley focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents clients in state and federal court a variety of labor and employment matters, including: wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases in state and federal courts. Ashley also advises employers with respect to California and federal labor and employment laws, including collective bargaining matters. Ashley has been involved in many aspects of litigation, including drafting motions and other persuasive documents, propounding and responding to discovery, and trial.

While in law school, Ashley participated in the Employment Law Center’s Worker’s Rights Clinic, where she advised low-income clients on employment law issues such as discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and unpaid wage claims. She was also Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal.
