Intro

Cole focuses his practice on environmental, real estate, and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Cole’s litigation experience includes working with expert and percipient witnesses, drafting complaints and counterclaims, dispositive motions and written discovery, negotiating and resolving discovery disputes, supporting large-scale e-Discovery document reviews and productions, taking and defending depositions, and trial experience.

Cole is also committed to providing pro bono legal services, including representation in domestic violence and asylum proceedings.
