Daniel represents corporations, academic institutions, care facilities, and other employers in litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He handles various labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Daniel also defends employers in complex wage and hour class action litigation, including meal and rest period violations, exempt misclassification, contractor misclassification, and off-the-clock claims.

In addition to Daniel’s litigation practice, he also advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring practices, employment policies, employment contracts, leaves of absence, terminations, and reductions in force.
