Kaitlyn focuses her practice on employee benefits, executive compensation, and corporate law. She works with private and public employers and governmental entities on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation.

Kaitlyn has experience working with both defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. She counsels clients on various legal issues relating to tax qualification requirements, plan documents, plan amendments, plan restatements, participant communications, plan terminations, participation in the IRS Voluntary Correction Program, participation in the Department of Labor’s Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program, tax reporting on both state and federal levels, tax litigation, and general compliance with state and federal law.

In addition, Kaitlyn’s executive and equity compensation experience includes stock compensation plans, executive employment contracts, and merger due diligence.
