Intro

Kamran Khakbaz is a commercial litigator with significant experience managing and resolving disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and violations of the California Unfair Business Practices Act. Kamran has also extensively handled and litigated insurance coverage, employment, general tort, and professional negligence matters. Kamran's experiences include resolving disputes in arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Kamran was an associate at a boutique litigation firm, where he managed a case load of commercial, real estate, and employment disputes.

As a law student, Kamran served as judicial extern to the Honorable Philip Gutierrez of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, in addition to clerking in the Cyber Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.

He is an active member of his community, and has volunteered for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the National Iranian American Council.
