Intro
Kristine focuses on litigation and intellectual property, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation, and has handled opposition proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as domain name disputes through the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Kristine currently serves as a Committee Member for the International Trademark Association’s Unreal Campaign and makes contributions to the CEB Practitioner Real Property Litigation Guide.
Kristine maintains a strong pro bono practice and is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
