She also represents and advises clients in consumer matters related to and arising under the Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws (UDAP), Unfair Competition Laws (UCL), Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act (RESPA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA), NACHA Rules, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and other consumer statutes and regulations.
