Since the initial introduction of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) in March 2007, which threatens to facilitate dramatically union organizing, many employers have been galvanized to consider the prospect of union organizing. Due to a number of factors, however, EFCA has not moved forward with the verve that pundits and unions expected.
