What Is In Store For Employers In 2008?

Among other developments for Year 2008, employers can expect new leave provisions at the state level, more barriers to arbitration clauses and possibly some new evidentiary rules for discrimination cases. Minimum wages increased for 2008 while the wage requirement for the computer professional overtime exemption decreased.
