Intro
In the firm's Labor & Employment section Kendall defends employers in litigation and advises clients on all areas of compliance with employment laws, as well as data privacy matters related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). She defends clients against various employment claims, including allegations of wage and hour violations (both class actions and single plaintiff matters), wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Kendall is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and is experienced in conducting impartial workplace investigations.
Kendall regularly appears before federal and state courts as well as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
