She has extensive experience representing clients in litigation relating to contract disputes, freight charges, cargo claims and personal injury. Christina is knowledgeable with respect to legal matters relating to all modes of transportation. She also has considerable expertise preparing and negotiating customer and carrier contracts on behalf of transportation brokers and motor carriers, and is knowledgeable in all areas of domestic and international law with respect to the transportation and logistics industry. Christina has assisted individuals with the formation of transportation companies, providing advice regarding options for the start-up and operations of new industry players. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions with respect to businesses in general, with an emphasis on the transportation industry.
Christina frequently counsels transportation clients on matters of regulatory compliance, and has represented clients before regulatory agencies at all levels. Her clients include nationally known brokers of transportation and logistics services and numerous motor carriers, large and small.
