Mollie handles a diverse mix of matters representing policyholders, ranging from individuals to international corporations. She has extensive experience addressing the complexities of multilayer follow-form and difference-in-condition disputes both with and between insurers for large scale losses.
Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Mollie worked as an associate at a law firm specializing in insurance policyholder coverage, where she managed complex litigation matters, developed risk management strategies, and resolved various coverage disputes.
As a law student, Mollie served as the Executive Director of Notes and Comments on her school's Law Review. She also worked alongside corporate counsel at a large publicly traded company and interned at law firms specializing in insurance defense and cyber security. Her experience as both inside and outside counsel provides a unique insight into her role as coverage counsel.
