Nancy focuses her practice on tax planning and controversy matters. She advises founders and businesses on the income tax aspects of a variety of transactions, such as entity formation, financings, equity compensation, corporate divisions, debt modifications, mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes counseling non-profit entities on governance, primarily in the healthcare sector. Nancy also regularly represents taxpayers to resolve issues arising under IRS examinations. In addition, she provides practical guidance to clients on the Paycheck Protection Program and other COVID-19 federal relief.
