Intro
Dayna is an associate in our Health & Senior Care Section, specializing in Health Litigation. She combines her passion for health law with her professional and educational experiences in the representation of long-term care facilities and medical professionals. She handles complex matters in all stages of litigation and advises healthcare providers on regulatory matters and changing legislation.
Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Dayna practiced at a boutique healthcare defense firm where she represented long-term care facilities, physicians, and nursing staff in elder abuse and medical negligence litigation. During law school, she served as the Treasurer for the Hastings Health Law Organization and was elected Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. She also interned at Bay Area Legal Aid representing Medicare and Medi-Cal recipients in administrative proceedings to secure their healthcare benefits.
