Intro
Jeremy Strauss joined Hanson Bridgett in 2023 as the firm's Chief Human Resources Officer. She oversees and directs a variety of human resources functions including recruiting, benefits, employee engagement and talent management.
Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Jeremy was Vice President and Head of Human Resources at NEC Corporation of America. Over the course of her 20-year career at NEC, Jeremy held a variety of roles, including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; Associate General Counsel; and Director, Human Resources Business Partnering & Employee Relations. Prior to joining NEC, Jeremy was an associate at two mid-sized law firms. In addition to her leadership roles at NEC, she served as the Executive Director of NEC Foundation of America, NEC's corporate foundation focused on creating social value and helping advance human potential through technology and innovative giving programs.
Jeremy received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. She has also been active in the community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocates (SF CASA) and in various leadership roles in the San Francisco Bay Area Association of Corporate Counsel.
