Hanson Bridgett Adds New Land Use Partner in Walnut Creek

February 14, 2020 (Walnut Creek, CA) – Today, Hanson Bridgett LLP announced that it has expanded its Land Use practice with the addition of Sean Marciniak from Miller Starr Regalia. Sean joins Hanson Bridgett in Walnut Creek.

Sean's practice focuses on complex entitlement, land use and environmental matters, with a focus on counseling under the California Environmental Quality Act, Planning and Zoning Law, and Subdivision Map Act. Sean is also proficient in the National Environmental Policy Act, takings and exactions, development agreements, initiatives and referendums, Local Agency Formulation Commissions, affordable housing, the Subdivision Map Act, natural resource permitting (including under the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act Sections 401 and 404), and emerging laws addressing climate change and sustainable development.
